“If You are not assessing, you are guessing” Paul Chek. Today unfortunately, most trainers train their clients without proper assessments. Doing orthopedic assessment allows me as a trainer to see where is your body currently at. What muscles need to be stretched, strengthened or mobilized. Having a proper posture and correct alignment will allow better movement pattern and of course will lead to less risk of injuries. Working with me means getting a full orthopedic assessment but also having me look into your nutrition, your sleep, your stress, your activities and hobbies which will allow me to build the best program for you and your needs.
