NUTRITION
Our body does need high quality food. Make sure to eat organic food without any pesticide or fungicide whenever possible. Eat from grass-fed sources and pasture raised animal. Your fish should be wild caught and not farm raised.
Hydration
Your body does need a lot of water on a daily basis. Get good quality water with mineral in it. If you drink water at your house, use a filter and add a pinch of Himalayan salt for every liter of water.
Sleep
It is important for our body to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night and keep a healthy circadian rhythm. Consistency is key. Today too many people go to bed early during the week and late during the weekend. Keeping a regular bed time and wake up time will highly likely improve your sleep.
Thinking.
According to the National Science foundation, out of our 12 000 to 60 000 daily though, 80% are negative. Each negative though will have an impact on your body at a hormonal level. Try to keep thinking of what you are being grateful to :)
Exercises
We do need to exercises every day even if its for a short walk. It is important to keep you body strong, to release stress and increase your energy. It will also combats some health conditions and promote a better sleep.
