Fitness from Within.

Having studied the science of movements, nutrition and sleep since 2013, I now guide people toward recovering heath, proper posture, better sleep quality and proper movements through 6 foundation principles. Focusing on these principles can help improve your daily life:

-Thoughts: Yes, your thoughts have a big impact on your body. Positive thinking does improve mood and has a better hormonal reaction than negative thinking.

-Movements: Movements will keep your body active and can even help to remove waste and pump your organs.

-Nutrition: As many people already know, a lot of our common diseases and infections come from our food. Eating high quality of food makes your body stronger and healthier.

-Breathing: Proper breathing brings more oxygen into your body and helps to remove waste. Breathing properly during exercise will also make the exercise easier.

-Hydration: Our body does need water. Our brain uses a lot of water during the night to do some clean up. We have to make sure to get the right amount and the right quality of water.

-Sleep: During sleep a lot of repairs happens in the body. Researches have shown that not having enough sleep could lead to many diseases and even cancer. It can also reduce your energy for the following day.

Being healthy isn’t just about working out. Researches have shown that the top 3 causes of obesity are in order: poor nutritional choices, sleep deprivation and lack of exercise. You can exercise all you want and yes, you might burn enough calories to stay lean and look fit but your organs might be damaged if the nutrition isn’t clean. Not getting enough sleep could lead to a lack of energy and more risk for Alzheimer disease, breast cancer, colon cancer and prostate cancer. ( For more information on sleep, I recommend the book: “Why we sleep” from Matthew Walker)
